Soundstages / Film Studios
Multiple acoustically isolated studios with soundproof HVAC system, ranging from 724 m2 to 2,078 m2 with ceiling heights up to 12-15 meters.
Backlots
An expansive outdoor set area designed for building modular and semi-permanent exterior sets. Two full-scale complexes with an area of 1.5 and 10 hectares respectively.
The small complex represents the traditional historical texture of Georgian cities with large differences in height, narrow streets with variable clearance width, balconies and stairs. Part of the complex offers view to the typical architecture of eastern cities, like Bukhara, Khiva or Otrar.
10 hectares backlot will offer Urban streetscapes like New York, European, Middle Eastern cities.
